Please note that this is a wedding season and hotels may be available at higher rates. Therefore, the conference secretariat has pre-booked some rooms. So please do your booking at the earliest. The rooms will be available on twin sharing basis for the delegates on first-come- first- serve basis on receipt of payment. The delegates may make arrangements for sharing rooms, if so desired.
