A guest lecture was organized by Era University on 11 th April 2022, for the academic session 2023-24, for information on Fulbright-Nehru and other fellowships. Dr. Sudarshan Dash as a guest of the program gave informative information about the fellowships of the Fulbright Commission of India under the United States-India Education Foundation (USIEF). He told about various 22 types of fellowships under the program, which can be availed by researchers, lecturers and students. Dr. Dash serves as the Senior Program Officer at USIEF. In the program, Additional Director Administration, Era University, Mr. Zaw Ali Khan, subject expert Prof. Uma Narayan, Dean Faculty of Science Dr. Arvind Kumar Srivastava besides faculty, researchers and students were present. The program was also telecast online on Zoom, in total more than 200 students and scholars benefitted from the programme. The program was coordinated and conducted by Dr. Sheeba Rizvi, Head of the School of Liberal Arts and Sciences. At the end of the program Prof. Uma Narayan thanked the guests and all the participants and expressed hope for more and more students to take advantage of these fellowships.
