A Kite Fest was organized at Era University by Creative Arts Club on September 23, 2023. The competition was organized as per Mulya Pravah Guidelines for promotion of Indian and Regional Art, Language and Culture. The competition upheld the “the Spirit of Patang-bazi in Awadh”.
Students from all branches participated in large numbers which contributed to the success of the competition. Students were directed to make kites with nature-friendly material with captions promoting social wellbeing and preservation of nature.
The Kite Fest was judged by Dr Samreen Naqvi and Ms Swati Joshi. The event was organized by Chairperson, Creative Arts Club, Dr Rupali Mirza and co-conveners, Dr Shazia Fatima and Ms Hershika Verma.
