A two day Central Zone Association of Clinical Biochemists of India Conference was jointly organized by Department of Biochemistry, King George's Medical University and Era University, Lucknow on 21st - 22nd July 2018 which was attended by more than 250 delegates.
The conference was inaugurated by Prof. Dr. Raj Kumar, Hon'ble Vice Chancellor, UP University of Medical Sciences, Saifai, Etawah, U.P, Lucknow with Prof. M. L. B. Bhatt, Hon'ble Vice Chancellor of King George's Medical University, Lucknow as the Guest of Honor.
Altogether 30 invited lectures, 18 oral and 50 poster presentations were made by delegates from all over the country including prestigious institutions like AIIMS, New Delhi, Jodhpur, Bhopal & Rishikesh as well as NIMHANS, Bangalore, AMU, SGPGIMS, RMLIMS, Lucknow University, Allahabad University, BBAU, BBDU, Integral University, CDRI, ITRC, and almost all the state Medical Colleges of Uttar Pradesh.
The Valedictory Function of the conference was graced by Prof. Vinita Das, Dean, Faculty of Medicine, KGMU, Lucknow, as Chief Guest. Best oral and poster presentation, as well as appreciation Awards, were given by the Chief Guest.
