The Department of English and Department of Computer Science, Era University organized a special lecture titled “Tech and Talk: Empowering Success through IT and Communication” on October 3, 2024 in the Mini Auditorium.
The program started with the blessings of hon'ble Vice Chancellor, Prof. Abbas Ali Mahdi who graced the occasion and welcomed the guest speaker with a memento. Rahul Awasthi, Deputy General Manager of IT and Training at the School of Management Sciences, Lucknow, was the resource person for the day who shared his insights on the importance of IT and communication with all attendees. His experiences and knowledge inspired everyone and provided a new perspective on the discussion. He explained how technological advancements can strengthen communication skills and contribute to professional success. Furthermore, Information Technology (IT) has simplified the process of rapidly sharing knowledge and information. Communication technologies help people connect with one another and exchange ideas, regardless of their location. New opportunities for development have emerged in education, business, and social life through IT and communication. Digital communication has made it easier for businesses to compete in the global market. Effective communication skills play a crucial role in achieving success in both personal and professional life.
This lecture was organized under the guidance and convener-ship of Dr. Rupali Mirza, Head of the English Department and Prof. Santosh Kumar, Head of the Computer Science Department.
