A guest lecture was jointly organised by the faculty of Allied Health Sciences and Department of Cardiology, ELMC&H, Era University on 25th July at the University premises for students and faculty members.
The guest speaker was Dr Abdul Wase, MD, FACC, FACP, FHRS, D.Sc. (hon causa), a distinguished cardiologist from Wright State University, Ohio, U.S.A. who graduated from Jawaharlal Nehru Medical College, AMU, Aligarh in 1979.Dr. Wase is board-certified in Internal Medicine, Cardiology, and Clinical Cardiac Electrophysiology. He has been instrumental in developing the Electrophysiology program at Good Samaritan Hospital U.S.A., where he has served as Medical Director since 1994 and Section Chief of Electrophysiology.
