Usmani, ex-Pro-Vice Chancellor and Dean, Integral University, Lucknow, delivered a talk on "Emotional Intelligence: How Excellence in Lifestyle can be achieved through emotional intelligence". He spoke about various parameters of Emotional Intelligence and how it helps in attaining success in personal as well as professional life. He emphasized the need for having good personal behavior which is the Integral part of Emotional Intelligence.
