Health Check up Camp - Pediatrics Department

Department of Paediatrics, Era's Lucknow Medical College and Hospital, Era University in association with Lucknow Academy of Paediatrics conducted a health check-up at St. Mary School, Para Road premises on Wednesday, 23/01/2019. The camp was attended by Dr. Shrish Bhatnagar, Dr. Divanyanshu, Agarwal, Dr. Sumit Sehgal, Dr. Abhinav Agarwal, Dr. Wamique Hasan & Dr. Wamique Shakeel.

Around 170 children from classes Pre-nursery to Class II were examined and the following activities were done-

1. Complete Health Check-up (Screening, Clinical Examination, Dental and Vision assessment
2. Counseling was done regarding how to keep good personal hygiene.
3. We recommended appropriate precautions and interventions to students/ teachers.
4. Examination report for each student was handed over to School. Thus parents will stay updated with their child's health.
5. Medicines of general use were donated to the dispensary of the school to be used among children of school and orphanage run by the institution.
