A Nukkad Natak competition was organized at Era University on Wednesday 16th October 2024 for creating awareness about National Education policy (NEP) 2020. Teams of Departments of Computer Sciences, Department of Liberal Education, Department of Biotechnology and University of Lucknow participated in the competition. All the teams performed and pointed out the various aspects of NEP 2020 like multidisciplinary education, skill development, promotion of vocational courses and research. The teams conveyed their message loud and clear about the benefits of NEP 2020. Competition was judged by Head of the English Department Dr. Rupali Mirza and Associate Professor of Department of Liberal Education Dr. Abdul Qudoos. Team of Department of Liberal Education grabbed the first prize for their coverage of diverse qualities of NEP 2020 whereas Department of Computer Science stood second with their dialogue and style. University of Lucknow secured third prize in the competition. The program was attended by 150 students and faculty members. The event was hosted by NEP SAARTHI students Sidra Raza and Aqsa Nihal. This event was well organized by the NEP coordinators of Era University Dr. Sheeba Rizvi. She extended the vote of thanks and emphasize to opt and promote NEP 2020 for the better future of the nation.
