Era College of Nursing, Era University celebrated "International Women's Day" with great zeal and enthusiasm. On this occasion a "Walkathon" was organized on the theme of "Better the balance, better the world".
A rally was taken out by the nursing students which was flagged off by Hon'ble Vice Chancellor of Era University, Prof. Abbas Ali Mahdi. Over 250 students actively participated in the rally. They raised slogans for gender equality and women empowerment. The programme was organized under the guidance of the Dean, Era College of Nursing, Lt. Col. Prof. Rina Bhowal and was executed successfully by Mrs. Samrah Butool Faridi, Assistant Professor along with Mr. Om Prakash, Tutor, Era College of Nursing.
