Prof. Abbas Ali Mahdi, Vice Chancellor of Era University is on a visit
to Moscow. During his visit he met officials of two leading
Universities, Moscow State University and People's Friendship
University or RUDN University.
Prof. Mahdi met Dean, Faculty of Medicine, Moscow State University Dr.
Vsevolod A. Tkachuk and Prof. Dr. Oleg S. Medvedev, senior Professor
and a leading Medical Scientist. They discussed mutual areas of
collaboration in research and faculty and student exchange program.
Prof. Mahdi briefed the University officials about the progress made
by Era University in teaching, training, research and innovation. He
spoke in detail about patient care and innovative methods of teaching
adopted at Era University. Russian University officials appreciated
the progress and said that they look forward towards the partnerships.
Thereafter Prof. Mahdi and Prof. Tkachuk signed a Memorandum of
Understanding between Moscow State University and Era University.
