Era University organized an orientation program for the new Batch of M.B.B.S. students on 25th August 2018 at Main Auditorium of the University.
Prof. A.M. Kar, former Principal & Dean, King George's Medical University, Lucknow as the Chief Guest of the occasion. Speaking on the occasion he spoke about the history of medicine, start of medical education in India and in Lucknow city with his lucid speech which was liked by all. On this occasion, students and their parents were made aware of the institution, its rules, and regulation as well as about the course and curriculum. Hon'ble Vice Chancellor Prof. Abbas Ali Mahdi, Director - Academics Prof Farzana Mahdi, Principal & Dean ELMC&H, Prof. M.M.A. Faridi, Proctor Prof. P.K. Sharma, Registrar Prof. Anu Chandra, Controller of Examinations Prof Tasleem Raza, Medical Superintendent Col. (Dr.) Arvind Kumar, Warden (Girls Hostel) Dr. Fareya Haider, Warden (Boys Hostel) and Dr. Mrinal Ranjan were present and spoke on the occasion. Principal & Dean Prof. Faridi also administered the oath to the new entrants on this occasion.
